2-苯基-4,5-二(2''''-吡啶基)咪唑的合成

以苯甲醛和1,2-(2'-吡啶基)-乙二酮为原料,用德布斯法合成了未见报道的2-苯基-4,5-二(2'-吡啶基)咪唑,收率31%,其结构经1H NMR, IR和MS表征.     

A Novel Hybrid Solid Constructed from Tetramolybdate and Copper Complexes with Mixed Ligands: [{(Cu·phen)2(tp)}{(Cu·phen·H2O)2(tp)}{Mo4O14}]

A novel copper molybdate with mixed ligands, [{(Cu·phen)2(tp)}{(Cu·phen·H2O)2(tp)}{Mo4O14}] (phen=1,10-phenanthroline, tp=terephthalate) 1, has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a=13.1711(7), b=19.6132(10), c=13.6910(7) (A), β=117.6870(10)°, V=3131.8(3)(A)3, Z=2, C64H44Cu4Mo4N8O24, Mr=1946.99, Dc=2.065 g/cm3, F(000)=1920, μ(MoKα) (A) 2.198 mm-1, R=0.0810 and wR=0.2012 for 4233 observed reflections (Ⅰ ＞ 2σ(Ⅰ)). The structural analysis indicates that the title compound contains a discrete tetramolybdate cluster decorated with copper complex fragments and tp ligands bridging the clusters into a wave-like layer. The hydrogen bonding between adjacent layers further extends the compound into a 3-D framework.     

Discovery of High-Pressure Basic Granulite Terrain in North China Archaean Craton and Preliminary Study

High-pressure basic granulite terrain of 2.65 Ga from Jiouhuai'an in the junction of the Hebei and Shanxi provinces was discovered and reported recently. The three metamorphic mineral assemblages and their mineral reaction texture of the basic granulites have been identified, which represent three main metamorphic episodes of 1.4—1.5 Gpa, 800℃; 0.7—0.9 Gpa, 820℃ and 0.5—0.6 Gpa, 700℃. Their steep decompressional clockwise P-T path implies that a late Archaean continental collision and sole thrusting event perhaps occurred in North China Craton. This is important to study petrogenesis of high-pressure granulites, composition and texture of deep crust in North China Craton, and early Precambrian collision tectonism.     

N-TiO2/ZnO复合纳米管阵列的掺杂机理及其光催化活性

以ZnO纳米柱阵列为模板, 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出TiO2/ZnO和N掺杂TiO2/ZnO的复合纳米管阵列. 扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和紫外-可见漫反射吸收光谱(UV-Vis)的结果表明: 两种阵列的纳米管均为六角形结构, 直径约为100 nm, 壁厚约为20 nm; 在N-TiO2/ZnO复合纳米管阵列中, 掺入的N离子主要是以N-Ox、N-C和N-N的形式化学吸附在纳米管表面, 仅有少量的N离子以取代式掺杂的方式占据TiO2晶格O的位置; 表面N物种形成的表面态能级和取代式掺杂导致带隙的窄化, 增强了纳米管阵列的光吸收效率, 促进了光生载流子的分离. 光催化实验结果表明, N离子的掺杂有利于N-TiO2/ZnO复合纳米管阵列光催化活性的提高.     

碱式碳酸锌煅烧制备纳米氧化锌

The reaction process of nanometer ZnO preparation through basic zinc carbonate calcination was investigated via TG-DTG-DTA, IR, XRD and TEM methods. The spectra features and morphology variations of precursor and target products calcinated at different temperatures were investigated. The reaction process was deduced to be three stages, which include breaking of precursor crystallites, their decomposition, and growth of ZnO crystal nucleus. The most appropriate temperature for this reaction was demonstrated to be about 300℃.

偶氮胂-DBS用于光度法测定牛血清白蛋白

在室温下,于pH 2.5的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液中及非离子表面活性剂OP存在下,牛血清白蛋白(BSA)与偶氮胂-DBS的复合物的最大吸收在514 nm波长处,但显色复合物与试剂空白吸光度之差在370 nm处最大,选择在370 nm处测定,反应迅速完成。非离子表面活性剂OP可提高反应灵敏度及复合物稳定性。乙醇可提高体系灵敏度。BSA的质量范围在0~60.0 mg.L-1范围内符合比耳定律,方法表观摩尔吸光率3ε70 nm=8.58×105L.mol-1.cm-1。方法用于测定血清样品中蛋白质的总量,5次测定值的RSD为0.60%,回收率为98.0%。     

用两种相似多糖类手性固定相拆分阿托品外消旋对映体的比较

分别涂敷纤维素-三（3，5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯）（CDMPC）与直链淀粉-三（3，5-二甲基苯基氰基甲酸酯）（ADMPC）于自制的球形氨丙基硅胶上，制备了两种多糖类手性崮定相。用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）在正相条件下，用两种固定相直接拆分了阿托品（atmpine）外消旋体、在正己烷中加入了不同的醇类改性剂对阿托品进行拆分，并优化了流动相中醇类改性剂的比例：结果发现，阿托品在CDMPC固定相上可以得到基线拆分，而在ADMPC固定相上只能得到部分拆分。     

Ce0.67Zr0.33O2对CH4燃烧催化剂Fe2O3/Al2O3的改性作用

固定n(Ce)/n(Zr)比为0.67/0.33,用共沉淀法制得一系列CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3固溶体.采用这些固溶体作载体,以Fe2O3为活性组分,用浸渍法制备了一系列催化剂.BET结果显示,将适量Ce0.67Zr0.33O2引入到Al2O3载体中有助于催化剂保持较高的比表面积.TPR结果显示,载体中引入适量的Ce0.67Zr0.33O2可以改善催化剂的氧化还原性能.XRD结果表明,Fe2O3在CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3载体上呈现出良好的分散状况,老化前后催化剂的晶相结构基本无明显变化.特别是当载体中m(Ce0.67Zr0.33O2)∶m(Al2O3)的值为1∶2时,Fe2O3/CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3催化剂在甲烷催化燃烧中显示出最佳的催化性能和抗高温老化性能.
